Roswell Featured in Volleyball Poll

Before tonight's matches, four teams from North Fulton schools were ranked in the latest Score Atlanta prep volleyball poll. 

In Class 6A, Johns Creek was ranked No. 3, Chattahoochee No. 8 and Roswell No. 9. Northview is ranked No. 6 in the Class 5A poll. 

Roswell is playing host to Chattahoochee tonight at 5 in a North Fulton rivalry match, followed by another match against Kell at 7. 

The Lady Hornets opened their season with a win over Norcross and in their last match, they lost to Pope. 

On Thursday, Roswell has another doubleheader at home, facing Brookwood at 5 and East Coweta at 7. 

Five players on the Roswell varsity team have been added to the 2013 Under Armour high school All-America volleyball watch list: Stephanie Martin, Alicia Hines, Andreona Keys, Carlyn Gilbert, and Emily Shults.
