Roswell Restaurant Owner Charged With Sex Crimes Relating To Minors
Milton High School alerted authorities after a student made 'an outcry of child sexual crimes,' police said.
ROSWELL, GA — A Roswell restaurant owner is facing charges after being accused of inappropriate behavior with 16-year-old minors in January, Roswell Police said.
Brandon Ippolito is charged on suspicion of solicitation of sodomy under 18 years of age, second degree cruelty to children, contributing to the deliquency or dependency of a minor and electronically furnishing obscene material to a minor, police said.
Police began investigating Ippolito after a minor at Milton High School made "an outcry of child sexual crimes" in January, police said. Milton High, which police said is under mandated reporting, notified law enforcement.

Authorities found enough evidence to charge Ippolito through investigating, police said.
