Roswell Students to Perform at Macy's, Tournament of Roses Parades
The students will travel to New York and California to be a part of the nationally televised parades.

Five members of the band were recently announced as members of elite band units marching in both the upcoming Macy’s and Tournament of Roses Parades.
Two RHS Guard members: Allie Korzekwa and Kellie Soafer, have been selected as members of the “Macy’s Great American Marching Band” to perform in the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City on November 22.
In addition, three RHS band members: David Conner, Nathaniel Jordan, and Zach Kaminsky have been selected as members of the Bands of America Honor Band marching January 1, 2013 in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, Ca.

Each prestigious band has 200-300 members with representatives from each of the 50 U.S. states. Both parades will be internationally televised on their respective parade days.
