Sneak Peek, Open House Dates Set for Roswell Schools

Parents, students can visit schools before classes start Aug. 12.

Fulton County Schools have announced dates for back-to-school events to welcome students for the 2013-2014 school year. Classes begin Monday, Aug. 12, for some 95,000 students in 100 schools throughout Fulton County.

Here's the schedule for sneak peeks, open houses and orientations for schools in Roswell and North Fulton:

A-L – 5:30-6:30 p.m.
M-Z – 6:30-7:30 p.m.

Hillside
Aug. 8
M-Z – 10 a.m.-noon
A-L – 1:30-3:30 p.m.

Esther Jackson
Aug. 8
4:00-7:00 p.m.

Mimosa
Aug. 8
Kindergarten – 1:00-2:00 p.m.; 6:00-7:00 p.m.
1st-5th grade – 2:00-4:00 p.m.; 5:00-6:00 p.m.

Mountain Park
Aug. 9

Northwood

Parents should verify dates and times with their child’s school. Those who are registering new students should review the school system’s registration requirements for required documents.
