We asked readers about businesses they miss in Roswell. The Chandlery , Greenwood's and Rice Thai were a few that came up multiple times.
ROSWELL, GA — Businesses come and go, but some make a lasting impression on a community.
We asked readers last Saturday which businesses would they like to see come back to Roswell. The comments are still coming in, but as of Tuesday afternoon, more than 50 comments have been posted.
The Chandlery is a business that has been mentioned several times. The family-owned store closed after nearly 40 years, when the owners announced their retirement reported the Atlanta-Journal Constitution. The store sold "collectible houses, French linens, Christmas decor, fine china, tabletop, children’s gifts, local artists and much more" in the Canton Street location since 1990, reported the AJC.
