WellStar North Fulton Team Raises Funds For New Hospital Chapel

Team members donated money to build a new hospital chapel for patients, family and team members.

From WellStar North Fulton Hospital: Team members at WellStar North Fulton Hospital show their commitment every day to patients by delivering high-quality care, but they are also using their financial resources for the community’s benefit. The North Fulton team donated money to build a new hospital chapel for patients, family and team members.

North Fulton will convert office space on the first floor lobby of the hospital into an interfaith chapel where guests can privately pray and meditate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The project is only possible due to the generosity of North Fulton’s team members and its community.

“I am so proud and grateful for our team members for coming together to recognize the benefits of the new chapel,” said Lindsey Petrini, WellStar North Fulton Hospital chief operating officer. “The chapel will provide spiritual support to patients, family, volunteers and team members, which aligns with our mission to provide total patient wellness to everyone who visits our hospital.”
