7-Year-Old Accidentally Shot Outside Snellville Chipotle
Snellville police said another child shot the 7-year-old with a gun left in a car while the adult went inside Chipotle to pick up food.
SNELLVILLE, GA — A 7-year-old is in the hospital recovering from a gunshot wound stemming from an accidental shooting outside a restaurant parking lot in Snellville.
The shooting happened Sunday night at 1650 Scenic Highway South.
According to the Snellville Police Department, it was a 9-year-old who pulled the trigger after an adult left the pair in a car with an unsecured gun to pick up food at Chipotle.

Police said the child was conscious and alert when transported to the hospital.
