Shiloh High Principal Becomes Area Superintendent

principal at , will be one of five new area superintendents for the Gwinnett County Public Schools system.

Others named at the district's December meeting are: Nancy Martin of Central Gwinnett High, Jonathan Patterson of Norcross High, Joe Ahrens of Ferguson Elementary, and Kelli McCain of Meadowcreek Elementary.

Successors will be named for these principals at a later time. The new area superintendents will not assume their new roles until replacements are found for their local school leadership positions.

These appointments fill the five vacant area superintendent positions currently in the organizational structure.

Three of the positions have been vacant for a period of time due to retirements, while the other two became open as a result of recent organizational changes.
