Early Voting in Snellville Starts Oct. 14
Registered voters can cast their ballots on the three open city council seats before the November general election.

Registered voters in the city of Snellville are ableΒ to cast their votes early for the city council election this season.Β
Advanced voting will be held at Snellville City HallΒ starting Oct. 14. Voters can cast their ballotsΒ from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Β Monday through Friday until Nov. 1.Β
After Nov. 1, residents can vote inΒ the general election Tuesday, Nov. 5,Β at city hall from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.Β
The voting at city hall only will pertain to theΒ three seats openΒ on the city council:Β Posts 3, 4 and 5. NewcomerΒ Alisa BoykinΒ has challenged Mayor Pro TemΒ Tom Wittsfor Post 3;Β candidateΒ Dexter HarrisonΒ is running againstΒ Post 4Β incumbentΒ Bobby Howard; and former Mayor Pro TemΒ Barbara BenderΒ is running for Post 5 againstΒ incumbentΒ Mike Sabbagh.
