King's Hawaiian to Bring 400 Jobs to Georgia
The California-based bread company is expanding in Georgia.

California-based baker and distributorΒ Kingβs HawaiianΒ is expanding its operations in Northeast Georgia, and will bring more than 400 new jobs to the area, the Governorβs Office announced Monday, Oct. 21.

In a press release, Gov. Nathan Deal said Kingβs Hawaiian plans to double its current operations in Oakwood βwill benefit northeast Georgia for many years to come.β
The company plans a newΒ 120,000 square-foot facility that will triple production. The 400 jobs will be added in phases by 2016.
