Join the city of Snellville as they celebrate its 90th birthday this Saturday (Aug. 24.) during the month's Live on the Lawn event.
In addition to the 17-piece Metro Jazz Club performing at 7 p.m., there will be a large birthday cake and the "Happy Birthday" song during intermission. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and a picnic dinner and enjoy the show.
The Metro Jazz Club sings big band music such as "After the Loving," "Fly Me to the Moon," "It Don't Mean a Thing If It Ain't Got That Swing" and "Dream a Little Dream of Me."
