The City of Suwanee municipal general election resulted in a run-off for Council Post 5 between incumbent Pete Charpentier and David Martinez. Charpentier received 485 votes (39.5 percent) and Martinez received 595 votes (48.4 percent). Candidates must have 50 percent plus one vote in order to secure a win. The run-off for Post 5 will take place on November 30, 2021, with early voting beginning November 20, 2021.
