Early Demand Fuels First Move-Ins at Park Ridge
Parkland Residential opens model home as leasing is underway at Sugar Hill BTR community.

Parkland Residential, the build-to-rent (BTR) division of Parkland Communities, recently celebrated the grand opening of its fully decorated model home at Park Ridge in Sugar Hill, Georgia. With leasing in full swing and the first residents settling in, prospective renters are encouraged to tour the model and take advantage of limited-time introductory incentives.
