'Lewd Exposure' Results in Public Indecency Charge in Suwanee

The man's arrest comes after he had been given a criminal trespass warrant.

A Suwanee man has been charged with public indecency after a neighbor made a complaint to police. The man previously had been given a criminal trespass warrant.

Kevin Kamar Alexander of a Morgan Bay Court address was booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center on Monday (March 25). Suwanee Police acted after a neighbor said on March 4 that she saw Alexander "committing lewd exposure" after leaving his apartment.

However, Alexander and his mother, who supervised him after the criminal trespass warrant, both told police that Alexander did not commit the behavior that he was accused of.

But the incident report says that Alexander's mother "wanted Kevin to
leave ... so that Kevin wouldn't get into any more trouble." She told police she was taking her son to a relative's house in Rockdale County. His mother also gave police "paperwork referencing Kevin's mental state of mind."

Suwanee Police secured an arrest warrant after the March 4 call.
