Suwanee Woman Jailed; Former Patient's Home Burglarized
Also, the suspect is charged in a Gwinnett warrant with 'influencing a witness,' according to records.

A Suwanee woman has been jailed in connection with the burglary of the Gwinnett residence of a former home health patient of hers, according to police.
According to Duluth Police records, Diane Sanah Johnson of a Vinebrook Lane address in Suwanee is wanted for residential burglary and criminal attempt to commit a felony.
Also, Gwinnett Detention Center records show that Johnson was jailed Oct. 28 without bond on an influencing witness charge.
The Gwinnett County warrant obtained Oct. 25 by Duluth Police says that between Oct. 10 and Oct. 15, Johnson communicated "a threat of injury or damage" to the witness and husband.
According to Duluth Police records, the burglary victim said that Johnson was a home health nurse for the victim and her husband in 2012. Johnson has an oxycodone problem, according to the victim, and Johnson knows that the victim's husband takes that medication.
The victim first reported an incident on Oct. 9, and police noticed damage to the doorknob area on the back door. The incident happened when the victim went to the hospital to visit her husband.
The victim said that Johnson called her "several times" that day asking her whereabouts and when she was coming home.
Later on Oct. 9, the victim notified Duluth Police that she knew who tried to break into her house, based on information from two neighbors.
The victim confronted Johnson with the information, and Johnson denied it and said someone was setting her up.
According to Duluth Police records, on Oct. 10 the victim notified Johnson via text that police had her fingerprints. Johnson replied via text, "PLEASE LET ME FIGURE THIS OUT, I'M TRYING TO GET DULUTH POLICE."
This information was obtained from Duluth Police and the Gwinnett Sheriff's Department. It does not indicate a conviction. Questions should be directed to suwanee@patch.com.
