Emory to Host Transportation Tax Discussion Wednesday

Among the speakers: DeKalb County CEO Burrell Ellis, Decatur Mayor Bill Floyd, MARTA CEO & General Manager Beverly Scott and Mike Alexander, chief of the Atlanta Regional Commission's research division.
