FODAC's Annual Breakfast with Santa to Provide Essential Mobility Equipment for Children in Need

TUCKER, GA - Friends of Disabled Adults & Children (FODAC), a non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring people with disabilities have access to necessary mobility equipment, is hosting its annual Breakfast with Santa event on December 9th, 2023. FODAC is thrilled to announce that retired WSB Chief Meteorologist Glenn Burns will be joining the festivities as a special guest.

The family-friendly event will occur from 9:30am to noon at Rehoboth Baptist Church, located at 2997 Lawrenceville Highway in Tucker, Georgia. The primary objective of this event is to raise funds for FODAC's Pediatric Home Medical Equipment Program, which benefits more than 300 children every year by providing them with essential mobility items.

Attendees of Breakfast with Santa will be treated to a delicious family breakfast accompanied by delightful musical entertainment. Children will have an incredible opportunity to meet Santa Claus in person, receive a toy, and have their photos taken as cherished keepsakes. The event promises to be a memorable and heartwarming experience for families in the local community.

"We are grateful for the unwavering support of our community at events like Breakfast with Santa," says Chris Brand, Executive Director of FODAC. "The funds raised enable us to continue providing vital mobility equipment to children with disabilities, allowing them to lead fulfilling and independent lives."

Registration is required. Tickets for the event are available for purchase:

- Individuals aged 12 and older can attend for $35.
- Children aged 6 to 11 can enjoy the event for $20.
- Kids under 5 years old can attend for free.

For those unable to attend, there is still an opportunity to make a difference by purchasing tickets to donate to FODAC's pediatric clients and their families. By contributing to this noble cause, supporters can ensure that children with disabilities also experience the joy and magic of the holiday season.

To purchase tickets or donate, visit the official Breakfast with Santa event page on FODAC's website at www.fodac.org/breakfast-with-santa.
