The city of Atlanta next week will switch to a quadrant-based garbage and recycling pickup schedule.
Virginia-Highland, Poncey-Highland, Morningside and the Atlanta portion of Druid Hills will now have trash pickup on Mondays along with other neighborhoods in the Northeast portion of the city.
The Northeast boundaries are the city limits to the north and east, Decatur Street/DeKalb Avenue to to the south and Northside Drive to the west.
