Georgia First Lady To Read To Students At Primrose School In Mableton
Georgia First Lady Sandra Deal will visit Primrose School of Providence Pavilion in Mableton on April 27.

WEST COBB, GA -- Georgia First Lady Sandra Deal will visit Primrose School of Providence Pavilion in Mableton this week, where she will read to students during a book donation event.
Mrs. Deal has been visiting schools in metro Atlanta and elsewhere in Georgia this year to promote literacy in the state, which lags the nation in reading scores.
“Learning to read is a language skill that has been proven to increase the quality of life, especially when it is developed at an early age,” Deal said in a statement promoting reading literacy last month.
