Girl Scouts Donate TV To Cobb Juvey Court
Girl Scout Troop 723 is donating a new TV to Cobb Juvenile Court.

WEST COBB, GA -- Girl Scout cookies just got sweeter to Cobb County government officials. Girl Scout Troop 723 is donating a new TV to Cobb Juvenile Court, Patch has learned.
The generous gesture is part of the troop's curriculum in a program teaching them to help others, come up with solution-based decisions and to be, literally, totally awesome people.
The pint-sized saleswomen known for thin mints and Samoas will also get to dab their painted fingerprints on the Volunteer Wall Mural in the courthouse lobby. The wall, the work of Michelle Jordan, judicial administrative assistant to Superior Court Judge Robert Leonard, honors volunteers who have helped Juvenile Court in Cobb.

The new TV will go in a juvey court playroom/waiting room for children involved in adoption and other legal cases, the county said.
