Learn About Affordable Care Act at Free Workshops

The Powder Springs Community Task Force is sponsoring free Affordable Care Act workshops Thursday evenings. The classes take place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Ron Anderson Center and cove:

• open enrollment periods
• pre-existing conditions rule
• health plans available
• how to apply for insurance and subsidies
• exclusions
• health insurance for the young
• personal recommendations

Register by calling (770) 439-3611. The workshops will be continue until December (no workshop the week of Thanksgiving) and resume in January to March 1.
