Joanna learned about the contest in Timothy Tuohy’s art class. She loves art, she sings and plays guitar and is  a member of the Walker’s Ridge swim team. She was inspired to create her design by another Cobb County student who passed away in 2008 after a long battle with cancer.

Joanna's design will debut at the Kids ii Strong Legs Run on Saturday.
