Update: Missing 75-Year-Old Powder Springs Man Found

**Update: According to Cobb County Police, Theodore Lockhart has been found in good health and reunited with his family.**

The Cobb County Police Department has issued a Mattie's Call for a 75-year-old Powder Springs man last seen on Hill Road.

According to investigators, Theodore Harold Lockhart was last seen at his residence around 6:30 this morning by his family in the 5600 block of Walden Farm Drive in Powder Springs.  A neighbor reported seeing Lockhart walking on Hill Road while carrying a suitcase at about 12:30 p.m. 

Lockhart has been diagnosed with dementia. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve white shirt and black pants and was pulling a dark colored suitcase on wheels.
