National Puppy Day: Here Are The Lost Pets Of Cobb And Paulding Counties
BREAKING: In honor of National Puppy Day, we share some of the dogs that have been found recently in Cobb and Paulding counties.
WEST COBB, GA -- While we may get to play with and hug our furry friends every day as pet owners, there are many of us who have lost our animals -- and it's just like a missing family member. Where oh where is Fido? You may ask.
In commemoration of National Puppy Day, we're sharing pictures of lost dogs in the hopes that owners and pets can be reunited. Many organizations in Georgia are using social media to post images of lost dogs. Many of these pics come from the Facebook pages "Lost & Found Dogs of Paulding & Cobb County Georgia" and "Paulding Animal Control". But some of them come from regular people like you.
More than 7 million dogs go missing in the United States every year, but we can do our part. Have you seen these cuties? Please share this story among your friends:

As you can see, it's hard to keep things in just Paulding or Cobb County when we're talking about missing animals. Family is family. This girl was found on Senator Road in the Douglasville area. She did not have a collar on.
This is Duke, missing from the Dallas area.
This sweet girl was found recently in the Williams Court area in Yorkville.
It's hard to say how so many dogs go missing on a daily basis. Sometimes, they hop a fence or something like that. Multiple dogs were lost during the recent thunderstorm the metro area had this week. Other times, it could be more nefarious forces at work, such as bandits.
This boy is missing from the area of Bob Hunton Road and Ridge Road in Douglasville.
This baby was found on Nebo Road recently.
This sweet girl was found in the area of East Paulding Drive and Riverwood Drive.
If you run across any of these dogs, please get in contact with Paulding Animal Control or the Lost and Found Dogs of Paulding and Cobb County Facebook page. If you lose or find a dog, please contact your local animal control office to get them listed in a regional database. Share. Share. Share!
