Traton Homes Unveils Two New Decorated Model Homes in Cobb County

Traton Homes recently unveiled new decorated model homes in two of its Cobb County townhome communities. One model home is located at Haven at Stanley in Kennesaw, while the other is located at High Parc at Smyrna in Smyrna.

The model home at Haven at Stanley showcases the Quinn floor plan, a two-story townhome with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The spacious 2,300-square-foot open layout features an owner’s suite on the main floor, which is rarely found in townhomes. In addition, the main floor features a stylish kitchen with large island, dining area, family room, powder room and laundry room. The upstairs level of the Quinn model includes a large loft, two additional bedrooms and a full bath. This home also features a two-car garage and covered rear patio.

The new model at High Parc at Smyrna features the Kincade plan and includes three levels of living space with three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The terrace level features a home office that can also serve as a third bedroom, and a full bathroom. The open main level includes an impressive kitchen with island, a dining area and a family room. Off the family room is an exit onto the spacious covered deck. A large owner’s suite highlights the upper level that includes a large walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom. Also on the upper level is a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a laundry room.
