2 Injured In Small Plane Crash In Woodstock
The crash was reported Sunday morning at Air Acres, a private runway located near Arnold Mill Elementary School.
WOODSTOCK, GA — Two men were transported to an area hospital following a small plane crash Sunday morning in Woodstock.
Cherokee Sheriff's Office spokesperson Jay Baker said the plane crashed upon take-off around 10 a.m. Nov. 4 at Air Acres, a private runway located along Arnold Mill Road near Arnold Mill Elementary School.
The pilot of the plane, Baker said, had another male passenger inside the aircraft at the time of the crash. Both men complained of minor injuries and were transported to WellStar Kennestone Hospital for treatment.
