Habitat Starts Construction on Woodstock Home

Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia will hold a First Nail Ceremony for the Brannon family on Saturday, Feb. 25 at 8 a.m. The home will be built at 135 Ridgewood Drive in Woodstock. Construction is due to be completed on June 2.

Habitat is able to build this home due to the generosity of Merrill Lynch. The employees from Merrill Lynch will be providing the volunteer labor to build the home.

Brandy Brannon, the mother of two boys, Elijah, 10, and Landon, 5, will be working side by side with the volunteers to build the home. The home will be built using special accessibility criteria as Brannon’s youngest son suffers from Spina Bifida and uses a wheelchair.
