  3. It's the last weekend to catch the current iteration of the TrailStory project on the Towne Lake Pass Trail. The series of projects was created by the Sequoyah Regional Library System and Woodstock Parks and Recreation to give elementary school-aged children and their families a way to have fun reading and exploring our local trails together. For the series, pages of specific books are posted along a Woodstock trail. As you walk the trail, you will see signs with the book page on one side and a QR code on the other. If you scan the QR code with a smartphone, the codes lead to questions about the book. For October, the book is "A Tale of Two Beasts," by Fiona Roberton. For more information on the TrailStory series, you can reach out to Jamey Snyder at jsnyder@woodstockga.gov or Kara Rumble at rumblek@seqlib.org. (Woodstock Parks and Rec)
