Cherokee Association of REALTORS® Hosts Second Annual Charity Pitch Battle

Serenade Heights Takes Home Grand Prize

Cherokee County, GA – September 8, 2025 – The Cherokee Association of REALTORS® proudly hosted its second annual Charity Pitch Battle on August 20, 2025, celebrating the spirit of giving and community impact. Designed to spotlight and support local nonprofit organizations, the event gave REALTOR® members the opportunity to nominate their favorite charities for a chance to win funding.

From numerous nominations, five outstanding nonprofits were selected to participate in the pitch competition: 2Polarities, Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue, North Georgia Angel House, Cherokee County Homeless Vets Program, and Serenade Heights. Each organization took the stage to present a compelling case for their mission and impact within Cherokee County.

Following the pitches, attendees cast their votes to determine the winner. Serenade Heights emerged as the grand prize recipient, taking home $2,500 to support their work. The remaining four finalists each received $500 in recognition of their meaningful contributions to the community.
