Cherokee Association of REALTORS Presents a Donation to Habitat for Humanity at Cherokee County Housing Forum
Cherokee REALTORS donate $13,829 to Habitat for Humanity to support safe, affordable housing in Cherokee County.
Cherokee County, GA — September 19, 2025 — The Cherokee Association of REALTORS (CAOR) was honored to present the proceeds from its annual Charity Golf Tournament to Habitat for Humanity during the recent Cherokee County Housing Forum. Thanks to the generosity of CAOR members, sponsors, and golfers, the tournament raised an impressive $13,829 to help support Habitat’s mission of building safe, affordable housing right here in our community.
The funds will go directly toward an upcoming new home build in Cherokee County, helping to provide a deserving local family with the foundation for a brighter future.
“We are proud to stand alongside Habitat for Humanity in making a lasting impact for local families,” said Dianna Hornes, 2025 President of the Cherokee Association of REALTORS. “This donation represents the collective commitment of our REALTOR community to strengthening the place we all call home.”
