Condo Project Under Construction In Downtown Woodstock

WOODSTOCK, GA — Construction is underway on a three-building condo and office project in the heart of downtown Woodstock. Rezide Properties' new venture, Park Place on Fowler, is a three-building, 16-unit development featuring a mix of office and residential uses near Fire Stone Wood Fired Pizza & Grill at Fowler and Chambers streets.

Condo units range from $229,900 to $359,900, and Park Place has pre-sold some units before its scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

The first of the buildings will be three stories and include 12 residential condos. The second will be two stories and have only two condos. For the third building, residents can expect four stories, with two top-floor units serving as penthouse-style condos, one floor reserved for office space and the two lower floors dedicated to the "first truly professional Class A executive offices in Woodstock," Rezide said.

"Park Place on Fowler offers a unique opportunity to own a newly constructed home and enjoy fine, urban living surrounded by chef-driven restaurants, boutique shops, nature trails and music venues," said Patti Bachtel of Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage, who is also the designated residential listing agent for the development.

Five, one-bedroom units, priced from $229,900 to $249,900, and one two-bedroom unit at $359,900 are still available. The open floorplans include 11- to 12-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, an electric fireplace, and an island perfect for entertaining before heading out to downtown.

The three story building that is framed now has 12 one-bedroom condos designed with the company's Genevieve floorplan. The two-bedroom unit available is situated in the two-story building that features two two-bedroom condos sporting the Churchill floorplan. It also has a unique courtyard to expand the living and entertaining area. At 1,440 square feet, these homes will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 12 foot ceilings to really make the open floor plan feel expansive and sun filled.

Along with Park Place on Fowler, Rezide is also behind the Woodstock City Homes development along Arnold Mill Road. They are also completing the sold-out Woodstock Seven development, which includes five single-family homes along Rope Mill Road at Rusk Street.
