Poll: Healthcare Mandate Upheld
Anyone who does not have it by 2014 will pay a penalty on their 2015 taxes.

In a 5-4 decision, the US Supreme Court upheld the healthcare mandate requiring most people to have health insurance by 2014, CBS reports.
The upheld provisions include the individual mandate a provision allowing children to stay on their parents' healthcare until they're 26.
A contributor to the Supreme Court liveblog wrote: The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government's power to terminate states' Medicaid funds is narrowly read.
