Reformation Brewery Introduces Brut IPA

This latest beer is the third release for 2018 in its rotating IPA series, Nolan The Wanderer.

WOODSTOCK, GA — Woodstock-based Reformation Brewery continues to shake up its spin on craft beer offerings to its customer base. Its latest brew is a champagne-style Brut IPA in draft and 12-ounce cans now available from independent retailers in the area.

This latest beer, dubbed by the brewery as Adventure #003, is the third release for 2018 in its rotating IPA series, Nolan The Wanderer. This version is Reformation's take on a Brut IPA, an emerging style of India Pale Ale inspired by the champagne it’s named after.

This highly carbonated beer has notes of melon, pear, and apple followed by a dry champagne finish at 7.2 percent ABV. Check the bottom of the can, or look for a sticker on the top of each 6-pack for the current adventure.

While alcohol content will remain the same, Nolan will have a unique malt, hop, and process with each release — rotating through styles, stories, and techniques that make the IPA such a compelling and diverse style. The landscape of beer is continually evolving, and Nolan The Wanderer is focused on being responsive to that journey.

Nolan The Wanderer is a special collaboration between Reformation Brewery and Wander North Georgia, a family-owned gift shop nestled in the town of Clayton.

"Their story and ours have a lot in common," Reformation Brewery said. "We have a shared love for North Georgia, as a place we live, work, and play. And we both seek to have a lasting value to the surrounding
community that goes well beyond our day to day business. A co-branded beer is just the beginning of bringing our community a taste of that very real commitment."
