Music Mayhem Magazine reported Leatherwood competed against opponents Jay Allen and Kate Kalvach. Kalvach moved on in the show while Allen did not.
"What an experience it was to stand up on 'The Voice' stage and sing against two incredible artists. Kate and Jay are some of the most talented, selfless and humble individuals. This knockout could have gone any way, but I couldn't be more blessed to move on the live shows! God is good," Leatherwood wrote on Facebook.
