• Kauai Housing Agency requests proposals for homeless program grants (hawaiinewsnow.com) — Lihue-based Kauai Housing Agency is now accepting proposals for homeless program grants that will fund services from March 2026 through February 2027. Local organizations must apply by Jan. 30 via email, with optional webinars on Jan. 6 and 12, and can request interpreters or accessibility support to participate fully in the process.
