Accused Quadruple Murderer Flown From PA, Booked Into Idaho Jail: Bryan Kohberger Latest
Kohberger was booked on four counts of first-degree murder and felony burglary charges in connection with the brutal November killings.

MOSCOW, ID — Bryan Kohberger, the man accused in the murders of four University of Idaho students, has been flown out of Pennsylvania. He was booked into Latah County Jail Wednesday after arriving in Idaho following his arrest in Pennsylvania Friday, jail records show. Kohberger, 28, waived his right to an extradition hearing, speeding up his return to Idaho to stand trial.
Kohberger was booked on four counts of first-degree murder and felony burglary charges in connection with the brutal November killings in Moscow, which rocked the small Idaho town and drew nationwide attention as weeks passed with no formal suspect announced.

NBC News reported that Kohberger was flown Wednesday from Pennsylvania to Pullman, Washington—less than 10 miles from Moscow, Idaho— before Pennsylvania police escorted him from the plane to local authorities.
His initial appearance before a magistrate court will take place at 9:30 a.m. Pacific Time Thursday, after which a preliminary hearing will be set, the State of Idaho Judicial Branch said.

The probable cause affidavit in the case is expected to be made public with Kohberger's return. Police in Moscow said the affidavit will be unsealed once the warrant charging Kohberger in the killings is returned to the court.
The contents of the affidavit, which outlines findings that led investigators to arrest Kohberger after months of no major public developments in the case, have been sealed under a Idaho state law which limits what can be released before a suspect makes their initial court appearance.
The four students who were found dead in an off-campus apartment in Moscow were identified as Ethan Chapin, 20, of Conway, Washington, Madison Mogen, 21, of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Xana Kernodle, 20, of Avondale, Arizona and Kaylee GonCalves, 21, of Rathdrum, Idaho.
