The Idaho Department of Labor has increased accessibility to job services in Adams and Valley counties by opening four mobile offices.

Those living in or around Cascade, Council, McCall and New Meadows can use services related to finding a new job, searching for better pay and accessing other training resources.
Walk-in hours and appointments are available for those who would like resources regarding help with writing resumes, completing job applications, preparing for an interview, filing for unemployment and more. Resources for businesses, like recruitment support by organizing hiring events or hosting employer seminars, are also available.

Walk-in services at the Department of Labor mobile offices include searching for jobs through multiple databases, filing for unemployment benefits or a wage claim, receiving help with online applications and talking with a career planner. An appointment is required to use veterans and farmworker services, access training programs, receive Trade Act assistance or use resume and interview assistance.
Each new mobile office operates on limited hours, listed below:
The mobile Cascade office, located in the Cascade Chamber of Commerce at 101 S. Main St., is open every Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The Council mobile office is open the second and fourth Thursday of every month from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It is located at the Council emergency medical services building at 106 Industrial Ave.
McCall’s mobile office is open every Monday, from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1-4:30 p.m., and every Friday from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The office is at 703 First St. at McCall Central District Health.
In New Meadows, the mobile office is located at the Meadows Valley Public Library, at 400 Virginia St., and is open the first and third Thursday of each month from 1-4 p.m.
