• Former Bannock County judge found dead east of Pocatello after 2-day search (idahostatejournal.com) — A retired judge who went missing Sunday was found dead Tuesday on South Putnam Mountain after a large search that focused near Fort Hall, where his cellphone last pinged. Fort Hall Police and Fort Hall Fish & Game joined multiple regional agencies in the two-day effort, and local officials are remembering him as a fair, community-minded figure in the justice system.
