• Downtown McCall apartments could net $3M subsidy after striking urban renewal deal (valleylookout.com) — A major new apartment complex in downtown McCall is set to receive up to $2.9 million in city-backed subsidies in exchange for long-term affordability commitments on 31 units reserved for local residents and workers. The project will add 126 apartments and significant infrastructure upgrades, funded largely through the Downtown West Urban Renewal District, with first tenants targeted for 2027.
