Prosecutors say he used his leadership roles to divert nonprofit funds over several years; if convicted, he faces lengthy prison time and restitution.

• Michael Kelly Knox (mountainhomenews.com) — Mountain Home is mourning the loss of lifelong resident Michael Kelly Knox, who passed away December 13 with family by his side. A 1980 Mountain Home High School graduate and retired Mountain Home Highway District employee, Michael was deeply involved in the community and volunteer fire department. Services will be held Monday, December 22, 2025, at 11 a.m. at the Mountain Home Elks Lodge.
