• George Harvey Guertin (mountainhomenews.com) — Longtime Mountain Home resident and Air Force veteran George Harvey Guertin, 95, has passed away, leaving daughters in Mountain Home and Nampa along with a large extended family. After settling in Mountain Home in 1969, he built a life of service through military and civil work before spending his final years at the Idaho State Veteran’s Home in Boise.
   

• Jeffrey Scott Layman (enquirerdemocrat.com) — Mountain Home residents are remembering Jeffrey Scott Layman, who was born in Mountain Home in 1956 and passed away December 15 at age 69. His family highlights his long safety career, deep kindness, devotion to loved ones, and requests memorial donations to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in lieu of flowers.
