• Idaho gas prices drop below $3; hasn't been this low since January 2024 (rexburgstandardjournal.com) — Rexburg drivers are seeing some relief at the pump, with regular gas averaging about $2.92 per gallon as Idaho’s statewide average dips below $3 for the first time since January 2024. AAA Idaho says cheaper crude oil is driving prices down, and suggests shoppers use grocery fuel rewards to stretch holiday budgets even further.
• Community invited to make a donation at Giving Machines in Idaho Falls (eastidahonews.com) — Rexburg residents who enjoyed the Giving Machine at Hemming Village can now support the same traveling charity project at Grand Teton Mall in Idaho Falls through Jan. 1. Organizers say the response in Pocatello and Rexburg was outstanding and are urging eastern Idaho communities, businesses, and families to donate items that directly benefit local and global charities this Christmas season.
