Meet A Future Leader In Twin Falls: Emma Brulotte
Patch and T-Mobile have partnered to highlight young people achieving great things in our community.

The future of Twin Falls is looking bright, thanks to the incredible young people working to strengthen our community. In partnership with T-Mobile, Patch is proud to spotlight future leaders like Emma Brulotte, who are making a positive impact in and around Twin Falls.
Emma, a graduate of Canyon Ridge High School with a dual-credit associate’s from the College of Southern Idaho (CSI), is an exemplary young leader dedicated to education and civic engagement. In March 2023, she represented Idaho as a delegate for the prestigious United States Senate Youth Program in Washington, D.C., an honor that recognizes academic excellence and leadership. While in D.C., Emma attended briefings with lawmakers, Supreme Court justices and other officials, gaining firsthand experience with the workings of the U.S. government.
Emma’s political leadership extended into her local community, where she helped organize a public candidate forum at CSI in 2024. Working with peers and faculty, she developed questions focused on legislative priorities, including education funding and infrastructure, emphasizing the importance of informed dialogue over partisan debate. In fall 2024, Emma matriculated to Dartmouth University and currently writes for The Dartmouth.
