Planned and Engineered Contracting, based in Montana, won the bid to rehabilitate 8,899 feet of sewer pipes using cured-in-place pipe lining. The goal is to extend the lifespan of the sewer mains by 50-60 years through the insertion of a flexible liner that forms a smooth surface inside the existing pipes. (Times-News)
