1 Critically Injured In Crash Near East Dundee

EAST DUNDEE, IL — One person was critically injured in a three-vehicle crash in East Dundee.
The crash happened at about 11:20 a.m. Friday in the area of Rock Road Drive and Route 72 in East Dundee, according to a news release from the East Dundee and Countryside Fire Protection District.
Two people needed to be extricated from two different vehicles involved in the crash, and one person was taken to Sherman Hospital with critical injuries. A second person was taken to Saint Alexius Meci cal Center.
