2nd Crystal Lake Teen Believed Dead of Suicide

Following the confirmation of the suicide death of Adrian Salazar on March 10, readers of Crystal Lake Patch reported that a second person, a female, has also committed suicide.

McHenry County Sheriff’s Police did not have any additional information Thursday night.

Readers named the individual, but Patch will not release the name until the information is official. The top of her Facebook page, which is public reads simply, “I’m sorry.”

The Break, a teen center in Crystal Lake has posted a status naming both Adrian and the second student and offering services on Friday to those mourning the loss of the teens.
