Algonquin Circle K Faces Hearing Before Liquor Control Commission
The owners of the Circle K store on North Main Street will appear before the board to answer complaints about selling alcohol to minors.

ALGONQUIN, IL — An Algonquin convenience store will go before the village’s Liquor Control Commission for a hearing on Tuesday night in connection with an ordinance dealing with the selling and delivery of alcohol to minors.
The Circle K store located at 2 North Main St. will be involved in the hearing, according to an agenda for the Liquor Control Commission, which will meet at 7:20 p.m. on Tuesday at the Ganek Municipal Center.
The hearing will be based on complaints lodged against the business, which holds a liquor license, and has allegedly violated the parts of the local liquor control and licensing ordinances, the village said.
