Lake In The Hills Woman Gets 4.5 Years For Violating Probation
She was also sentenced to three simultaneous years in prison for a new offense, the McHenry County State's Attorney's office reported.

MCHENRY COUNTY, IL — A Lake in the Hills woman admitted to violating sentence terms by committing a new offense, Patrick Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announced Wednesday, according to a news release from the McHenry County State's Attorney's Office. Michelle Cappello, also known as Michelle Hall, 24, admitted she violated the terms of her original sentence for a charge of felony unlawful delivery of a controlled substance due to a new offense, and also pleaded guilty to felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance, according to the news release.
On June 29, members of the McHenry County Sheriff's office found Cappello with several baggies or heroin while she was still under sentence for delivering heroin in 2016, the release said.

Cappello was sentenced by Judge Robert Wilbrandt to four and a half years in the Illinois Department of Corrections for violating her probation and three simultaneous years at the prison for her new offense, according to the state's attorney's office.
