ALSIP, IL — A new wedding and banquet venue will reopen in the former Chateau Bu-Sche’. Beau Chateau will celebrate its grand opening Thursday, Aug. 31, in Alsip.

Chateau Bu-Sche’, which operated for 45 years at 11535 S. Cicero Ave., closed at the end of 2021 and went up for auction. The property was purchased by Luis Vasquez, who reportedly paid $2.3 million for the 11-acre parcel, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The 26,000-square-foot banquet hall, which was left in impeccable condition by its former owner, has received some refreshing. The venue offers space for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, and 325 parking spaces. The sweeping French-inspired estate features picturesque open areas and woodlands, offering the perfect backdrop for wedding portraits.
