CRESTWOOD, IL — Want to work at a ballpark this summer? The Windy City ThunderBolts are looking for qualified people to work the 2022 season, which runs from May to September. The game day jobs include part-time positions in concessions and fan services. Available openings include:

  • Stand Manager / Cook / Cashier-Server / Fan Services
  • Ushers, the kid zone and others
  • Cleaning Crew to clean stadium before games. Hours are approximate 6 a.m. to noon on game days.

What you need to know when you are filling out an application for the above positions:

  • Applicants must be 16 years of age at the time of employment
  • Positions available vary in pay, but some are paid at minimum wage
  • There are seven weekday day games and hours would start about 8 a.m.
  • If you’re still in high school or college, be sure to note when school lets out and when you are scheduled to return.

Online applications are being taken now. There are a limited number of positions, so apply today. Games could be scheduled every day of the week, with most hours usually starting no earlier than 3 p.m.
